Matthijs de Ligt “will be announced as a Juventus player on Monday”, Tuttosport reports.
The in-demand Ajax captain has been courted in recent months by Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United, but it appears the Serie A champions have won the race for his signature.
It is believed Juve have agreed a £70million deal to bring him to Turin.
Juventus further teased the deal when they tweeted an eight-second video on Sunday which read: “What sets us apart? Coming up next. 1.07.2019.”
The 19-year-old impressed last season, as Ajax went on to win their domestic title and reach the semi-finals of the Champions League.
Juventus clinched the deal by proposing £60m as a fixed fee, plus another £11.6m in add-ons
